- Our online store is operated in Utah!
Why does it take one week or more before my order ships?
- Once your product is placed online to order, the order is received by our printing company. It is then, sent to the printer, then pressed, prepped and quality control checked. Once it passes those stages, it is sent to the sewing machine. Another quality control check is made on the product. And, if all is correct one more quality control check is made for finalizing and the product is packaged up and on its way to you!
What is the production time frame for products?
- ~ 3-5 days
How much will it cost to ship my order?
- The cost for shipping is $3.99 - 5.99, there is additional charges for more than one product
Where do orders ship from?
- From our drop shipping manufacture in US and China
Where will you ship?
- Currently we only ship within the USA.
Can I expedite my shipping?
- Currently, we do not offer faster shipping due to each order being made to order.
Who do you use for shipping in the USA?
- We ship orders via USPS.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
- Within the USA, orders usually take 4-10 days to arrive once shipped. Please note shipping time is independent from production time.
