Return and Refunds

What is the refund/return policy?

All orders are custom printed making them non-refundable. Since all of our items are handmade and original hand drawn artwork, there may be imperfections and variations between or even within an order.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts located within each product.
When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact infofundeezundies@gmail.com with your pictures and comments.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If there is an error with your order, wanting to cancel or make changes after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8 hours of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend. You may contact infofundeezundies@gmail.com to cancel and change orders.

Can I exchange my order?

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product size information can be found after all modeled pictures of the product. Our underwear tends to run small so if you'd like a bit of extra wiggle room, we suggest ordering a size larger than you're used to. For in between measurements, we recommend choosing the larger size.
